Villa Casalina is born from the desire to create a place apart, where what matters is the present and where time can be lived at a slow pace, allowing oneself to dedicate to the truly important things: people, nature, pleasure, and love.

The villa's project interprets the owner's love for this marvelous island, the respect for the characteristics of a generous land and an enchanting sea.

Guided by the body and mind rather than by trends and technology, we have sought to create a built space that not only looks beautiful but also conveys a 'beautiful feeling.'

The Villa

Villa Casalina is nestled in a wonderful olive grove just a few hundred meters from the beautiful beach of Marina di Campo.

The property is spread over a single floor with spacious rooms that, through large windows, overlook the surrounding greenery, characterized by spontaneous vegetation typical of the Mediterranean and dotted with centuries-old olive trees.

The villa enjoys great privacy and is equipped with every comfort. Very versatile, Villa Casalina can be rented as a single large residence or, being composed, within it, of three independent units, it can be rented partially. The three apartments that compose it all have large gardens, entirely fenced and for exclusive use, where you can enjoy, in complete relaxation, the slow passing of summer hours. The resort is an eco-sustainable building, designed and built to achieve both energy efficiency, through the use of high-tech building components, and reduced consumption thanks to the use of renewable energies and smart appliances.

Villa Casalina has 5 double bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, large living areas, and four kitchens, one of which is outdoor and equipped with a barbecue. All areas of the villa have a centralized air conditioning system. The bedrooms all have direct access to the garden. In the three living areas, an additional 6 guests can be comfortably accommodated with sofa bed arrangements.The property is completed by spacious outdoor areas, partly paved and furnished with tables, seats, sun loungers, and sofas, and a Mediterranean garden. The large, shaded patio, which opens directly onto the central living area, is the ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners with family and friends: the nearby outdoor kitchen with barbecue and bar area will make the evenings unforgettable! The large Mediterranean garden is completely fenced, and pet friendly. Parking spaces, available to guests within the estate, are equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
